felicia chin live at my block for so long already and i only saw her like twice. first was seeing her get off her car and going up the lift. the other time was in bedok library. and on both occasions i was in a rush and didnt get to take photo with her ! D: sighs. is she that busy ? the time i see her go up the lift was past midnight you know. bet she leaves house super early. hope can meet her on the lift again luhs D: she lives on the 9th floor by the way. oh she's really friendly. on both times she's the one who waved to me first LOL ! :D
